Kidderminster Lions U13s Match Report- 4th October
Friendly vs Peopleton U14's    3-3

Today, were all very excited, as it was our first appearance on our home ground. We played a friendly match against Peopleton U14s. Our league game against Droitwich had been postponed.
After our kick-off, the play was fast and furious, with the Lions attacking hard; our first goal was secured by Beth then shortly afterwards another by Abbie, making it 2-0. However, Peopleton soon fought back with 2 goals leaving it all to play for by half time.
The second half started with both teams attacking eagerly to get ahead, it wasn’t long before the Lions scored again with a goal from Jasmine Plummer. However, a long run from Peopleton’s striker resulted in them levelling the score at 3-3. A narrowly missed penalty to the Lions would have given Beth a 2nd goal, whilst aggressive defending from Kath, Jas B and Sophie B ensured Peopleton did not get ahead at the final whistle. Both teams left the ground in good spirits.
